Mindset coaching uses concepts and skills from Sports Psychology and applies them to your training and competition.  We'll work together to create a mindset game plan that is specific to you and to the demands of your sport.

Competition Prep Program

Got a big meet coming up??  Let's get you ready to rock it!!  This program includes 1:1 coaching, mindset game plans for training and competition, and ongoing support through your training cycle.

Re-Build from Injury Program

Injury takes a mental toll, as well as a physical one.  Frustration, fear, and doubt can make it even harder to recover.  Making mindset part of the re-building process can help you get back to full strength with confidence.  You will get 1:1 coaching, mindset game plans, and ongoing support.

A la Carte Coaching Program

Mindset coaching for a specific need, like building confidence, at a pace that works best for you.  Our 1:1 coaching sessions will include a mindset game plan and ongoing support between sessions.

Yoga For Athletes

Private 1:1 Yoga sessions: 

Yoga can help you be a better athlete by building your physical skills as well as supporting your mental well-being.  We use movement, myofascial release, and breathwork to improve important athletic qualities like mobility, strength, and coordination.

Types of service offered - 

Custom practice: A unique sequence or set of postures based on your needs (mobility in a certain area, injury prevention, training prep, etc.). This option is great for very specific needs/goals or for problem-solving an issue.

Private practice: I guide you through a private class (Mobility, Recover, Cross-Train).  This is a great option for athletes who want a yoga practice that compliments their sport, but don't have any specific needs.

Team Yoga sessions:

Team yoga can also provide some added benefits.  Yoga for your team offers the potential to build trust and unity.  A team that trusts each other is going to perform better and have more fun doing it!

Types of classes offered - 

Mobility: a low intensity class that includes gentle movement, myofascial release, and static stretches.  It can be beneficial at any point of the training/competition cycle. 

Recover is a nervous system reset.  Supported postures, breathwork, and guided relaxation to create as much relaxation as possible.  Recover can support athletes at any time but is even more valuable during pre-season and in-season.

Cross-Train is a little bit of everything.  It can include some gentle movement, standing postures to build coordination & balance, passive stretching, and a guided relaxation.  This class is most beneficial in the off-season and pre-season.
