MENTAL PERFORMANCE COACH
I was drawn to movement from a young age. Gymnastics was my first love and was something I took through college, competing as a Division I athlete. In college, I was also introduced to strength sports - Powerlifting and Weightlifting. A gymnastics injury before my senior season started ended everything athletic and left a huge void.
After I recovered from the injury, I found martial arts. It was something new and gave me something to strive for. I trained and competed in Taekwondo, trained in Judo, and am a current Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu student. A few years ago I went back to the barbell, training and competing in Weightlifting as a Masters's athlete.
